How do I add my phone number to the payment page?

Click on the My Account link at the top of the page in the white bar.  Click Credit Card from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.  You will be able to enter your billing contact phone number here.  Click the Save Credit Card button at the bottom of the form.

How do I create an account?

Click on the link titled "My Account" or "Login" located in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  Click the Create Account and you will be redirected to a form to create a username and password. Please be sure to use a valid email address. All fields in this form are required.  Once your information is accepted you will need to click the Continue button to complete the account setup.  This action will redirect you to the My Account page where you will be required to enter shipping and billing addresses and contact phone.

How do enter my account information?

Once you've successfully created a Zachys user account you will be directed to a form to complete the order setup process. All of the required fields will have an * posted next to label for that field. [For example: First Name*:] . Please enter as much information as you can. If your billing address and your shipping address are the same you will need to input only one phone number. However, if your billing address differs from your shipping address you will be required to enter a phone number for both.

Address Book

We’ve created an address book to allow you to store multiple shipping addresses for easy convenience when sending a gift to family and friends. The book can be added to and updated as needed.

Add an address to your address book

Go to the My Account page and click the link titled "Add Address". You will be redirected to a form with a name and address fields. Be sure to create a nickname that is easily identifiable. This will make it easier to draw from your address book at the time of checkout.

You can also add to your address book at checkout. While you’re in the shopping cart, click the checkout button. You will proceed to a page titled “Your Checkout Cart”. Underneath this title you’ll find a dropdown box to select an address from your address book. Click the link titled “Add Address”. You will be redirected to the add address form. Follow the steps outlined above and click “Add”. The address will then be added to the dropdown list. Once back at the “Your Checkout Cart” you can select the newly entered address from the dropdown. When you’ve completed the selection click the Next button to navigate to the next screen.

Update an address in my address book

Click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Then click on the Update Address Book link. The update address form will display with the first address displaying. Select the address you wish to change from the dropdown and make your changes. Simply click the “Update Address” button to apply the changes.

How do I change my password?

Click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click the link on the left titled "Change Password". You will be redirected to a form where all the fields are required. Please enter your current password then enter your new password two times before clicking the "Change Password" button. You will remain logged in until you choose to log out. Keep in mind that if you chose to have the system remember you when you created the account leaving the web session will not automatically log you out of the system.

Forgot my Username / Password

If you forgotten your password or username, click on the link titled "My Account" or "Login" located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Click link titled "Forgot Your Username or Password?"

  • If you forgot your password please type in your Username and click "Get Password". You will be assigned a new password that will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.
  • If you forgot your username please type in your email address and click "Get Username". Your username will be sent to the email address we have on file.

What if I want to add items to your cart without checking out?

You can add as many items to your Zachys shopping cart as needed and click the Save Cart button. The items will remain in the cart until you either check out or choose to empty the cart.

What is the Z-List?  zList (Note:  If you are not logged in you will required to do so when you elect to save to the Z-List)

The Z-List can be used two ways:

  1. You can browse throughout Zachys online store and add items to the Z-List that you wish to “watch” for the possibility that a wine may come up for sale.
  2. You can also use the Z-List as a shopping basket to add items you may want to buy as gifts for an upcoming holiday, anniversary, birthday or any special occasion. When it comes time to purchase any item on the Z-List simply click "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Then click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
