Dinner with Pierre Emmanuel Taittinger Featuring a Mini-Vertical of Comtes de Champagne

What better way to enjoy the holidays and ring in the New Year a few days early than by having a Champagne only dinner with Pierre Emmanuel Taittinger!

On December 18th at 7:30pm, we are hosting a very small and private dinner for twelve clients in the private room of Daniel Boulud's Boulud Sud restaurant located across from Lincoln Center. The evening is all about Champagne, Taittinger Champagne that is.

The reception will lead off with the Taittinger non-vintage Rose. The first course will be paired with the limited production Les Folies de la Marquetterie. The second and third course will feature a min-vertical of Comtes de Champagne Blanc des Blancs where we will enjoy the 1999, 2000 and 2002 vintages. Then, in addition to the Blanc de Blancs Comtes de Champagne, we will also have to enjoy the 2004 Rose Comtes de Champagne. Finally with dessert we will have the non-vintage sec Nocturne to end the evening with.

All in all a great evening of Champagne lead by Pierre Emmanuel Taittinger in a very private and intimate setting with the fantastic cuisine of Chef Daniel Boulud’s Boulud Sud.
